Meet Michele Ross

FourSite LLC was established in 2015 when Michele Ross had a vision that would redefine Relocation and Move Management Services.

Michele was born in San Francisco. At an early age her family moved to San Jose where they opened a Mexican restaurant called Taqueria Casa Blanca. Her parents ran the neighborhood restaurant successfully for many years. Michele still has strong ties to the local community.

Her career started in 1998 as the Facilities Manager for TIBCO Finance/Reuters, located in Palo Alto, California. She led the new campus construction planning, design, vendor management, and budget from beginning to occupancy. For seven years, Michele stayed at TIBCO, managing the new campus and also other TIBCO sites.

In 2003, Michele became the Facilities Manager for a family office. That position allowed her to again manage a multi tenant building. After years of perfecting her craft, Michele realized she could do more to help office managers, HR managers, or IT managers. She took the initiative and started her own company FOURSITE, and started helping other full time working moms and small business owners.

Michele is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.
